Routine
So I’ve been struggling lately.
My diet has been okay. I’ve been continuing to make far more good choices than bad. I feel like I’ve been doing myself proud.
That said, I’ve been really struggling with my fitness level and workout routine. I’ve been in the office 8-5 all week and that’s really cramped my style to a certain extent. I know that the common cliché is that when you have a routine it helps with your workout regimen. I’m hoping that starts being the case with me, shortly.
I really appreciate encouragement from readers and followers and the group dynamic of this is something that really pushes me to succeed. Thanks, everyone.
